Towercom is hiring an experienced Steel Erector Team Leader

As Towercom Steel Erector Team Leader, you will be responsible for conducting climbdowns and inspections on Towercom’s infrastructure, upgrading existing infrastructure and installing new infrastructure as part of a nationwide upgrade programme.

What You Will Do

On-site lead for delivering ongoing climbdown inspections, FAS inspections, TT [Trouble Tickets] and O&M programmes. Ensure all the resources on site are managed efficiently and priority driven.
As Steel Erector Team Leader, you will be the on-site lead for developing, upgrading, and maintaining assets across the Towercom portfolio.
Responsible for in-house/external crews including external suppliers & contractors on site.

What We Are Looking For

Managing crews on site for standing new structures, Asset and O&M Programmes.
Complete asset inspection and maintenance programmes on lattice, monopoles, stayed structures and rooftops.
Check steelwork attachments to structures for antennae, cabling, and associated equipment as part of Towercom inspection programme.
Attend on-site surveys with Towercom design department when required.
Conduct safety audits, and compliance with EHS & site acceptance criteria.
Conduct audits on contractors and in-house QA, QC, ISO compliance.
