Sustainable Asset Management in Action

Right throughout the countryside and urban landscape, working responsibly with our environment is important to us. In everything we do, we understand that any additions or changes we make to our natural or built environment must be carefully considered and planned. Taking this long-term view of the asset, our upgrade and maintenance programmes ensure we maximise the potential of all infrastructure over its life cycle. If assets are well-maintained and serviced, they will not need to be replaced; meaning we practice genuine sustainability. Local communities also have a stake in any new infrastructure developed in their area. Where possible, we work with local suppliers through all aspects of a given project including logistics, construction, maintenance and more. We are also proud of our GRESB ranking, demonstrating our commitment to best practices in the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance of real assets, as defined by the established global benchmark.
